If you wish to become part of the 7N consultant team, you may choose between a permanent or a freelance association:
Permanently employed consultants receive a fixed salary, plus 30% of the price we invoice the client.
Freelancers are paid 75% of the amount we invoice the client.
Permanent employees have a period of notice and paid leave (e.g. illness, holidays, etc.). In daily life, however, no distinction is made between these two groups of consultants. CVs are always the starting point for our sales procedure, regardless of whether the consultant is a permanent employee or a freelancer.
No competition clauses
7N does not use competition clauses for clients or for consultants. We believe such clauses have a humiliating undertone, which we cannot accept. In the worst cases, they trap employees and clients in unfair situations, which we believe is highly undesirable.
At 7N, we only operate with one restriction: consultants who leave 7N are not allowed to recruit former 7N colleagues for their new employer/own business.
This ‘non-recruitment clause’ is valid for 6 months after the expiry of the employee’s contract. |
