Many professional system providers avoid outsourcing development tasks. While well aware that the project can be completed faster and cheaper abroad, they prefer to stay in full control, in order not to loose the flexibility and close cooperation they have built up with the project manager they know.

7N’s concept of outsourcing does not require clients to choose between profitability and project control. The main advantage of our model is that you send your own project manager abroad; he will then manage the project in exactly the same way as you are used to – only with qualified local staff provided by 7N.

We call it Nomad Development, because the project manager moves as a nomad to regions where the conditions for project development are financially more cost-effective. 7N offers nomad projects in Poland and India, but we are also constantly looking for new regions for Nomad Development projects.
