7N Event Highlights June

This month we organized a networking event, where 25 happy 7N consultants joined to cook vegan food at “All About Cooking” in Copenhagen. The menu was full of delicious vegan meals, such as asparagus with new potatoes and onions, cauliflower symphony with salted almonds, Black Betty Burger with spinach and mango sorbet with chocolate/marzipan cake for dessert. With 17 consultants on the waiting list to attend this networking event, we must say that we are definitely considering repeating the success. For sure it was a success – lovely company, lots of talk and networking around the stoves and at the tables, and not the least tasty food that surprised all of those, who are not every day vegans. It was great to see how these kind of evenings create strong relations between our consultants.

Again this year we were excited to be at the JDK.IO Conference at the IT University of Copenhagen 11-12 June. It was a fantastic event with lots of interesting speakers, discussing some of the latest trends in Java technology. Our 7N Agent, Henrik Andersen, was ready to meet the participants at our 7N booth together with two of the organizers of the event, Christian Damsgaard and Thomas Borg Salling, both 7N consultants.

This month we held a winetasting and networking evening for 36 7N consultants at our 7N office in Copenhagen. The evening’s host was Max Sejbæk, who in addition to being the director of ProActive, one of our business partners, is a glowing wine enthusiast, and has a preference for wines from Bourgogne. The evening was held in the name of France with French dishes, great wine from the legendary Bourgogne area, combined with fun anecdotes about the wine farmers, the vineyards and life in the area. Max presented us with six different wines and guided us from Mâconnais in the south to Côte de Nuits in the north.

It was a nice evening with an informal atmosphere with lots of time for networking. Jeppe Hedaa, CEO at 7N also gave a short introduction to his newly released book »NUCLEON - The Missing Formula that Measures Your IT Development Team's Performance«, and signed a few copies for those who attended.
