An exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director with IT, technology or management consulting experience to join a small but expanding boutique agency in New York.
We operate from our office in New York where we service our clients in North America.
7N work closely with their customers, and match IT and domain specialists with the customer's critical IT projects. The Account Director will work closely with recruitment to recruit and place the required 7N consultants. There will be a high degree of business development, account management and interaction with consultants.
We go way beyond traditional services and personal relationships offered by recruitment agencies. In 7N we search and match very unique and high performing individuals with the most challenging and demanding contract roles. We see each individual as valuable long-term relationships that goes far beyond each contract. We care before, under and long after an assignment.

Meeting with clients to understand their needs prior to actual requests
Interview and investigate details of requests
Prepare and present candidates for clients
Post interview follow-up on both client and consultants
Explore and negotiate contract terms on both sides
On/Off boarding of consultants
Continuously measure performance and quality
Prepare and assign consultants to new jobs
Desired skills & experience:
Experience within IT, technology and/or management consulting.
A strong network within independent consultants is a plus
Excellent communication skills both face to face and telephone
Able to multi-task
Self-motivated to succeed
Business acumen and market insight
If you have worked with clients within Financial Services it would be an advantage.
The candidate must be an entrepreneur type that does not easily give up.
Be comfortable working with an international team
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
