Grzegorz has a strong focus on the relationships with the customers and consultants he has gained during in 15 years in the IT industry.
He started his professional career as a consultant and was responsible for sales and execution of IT recruitment projects at a HR company. He then became an Account Manager for a leading national telecom provider in Poland and earned a promotion to the position of Sales Director.
After success in that role, Grzegorz joined 7N in 2007 and played a key role in developing 7N in the Polish market. He is known among his peers as a friendly, considerate and helpful person with a funny bone.
