Dear clients and business partners
Polaris has acquired Globeteam with the intention of merging it with 7N, which Polaris already owns. The goal of the merger is to create a strong new European IT partner with strategic depth, international reach, and access to the market’s leading specialists.
The merger brings together the strengths of both companies: Globeteam’s strategic project solutions combined with 7N’s expertise, flexibility, and international network. The combined company will offer a broad range of services - from strategic advisory and analysis to staffing, project management, and operations - and will be equipped to handle larger and more complex assignments across both the private and public sectors.
Below, you will find answers to a sequence of questions that you might have about this news.
What is the vision of the merger?
To combine the best of both worlds: Globeteam's depth and solution competencies with 7N's scale and the experience and expertise of more than 7,300 selected and vetted top consultants worldwide. This creates a new platform for growth, innovation, and higher value for customers. The merged company will span a wide range of services from strategic consulting and analysis to staffing, project management, and operations, capable of handling larger and more complex tasks in both the private and public sectors.
What does the merger mean for us as customers?
You will experience the same contacts, collaboration forms, and delivery quality as before. However, you will gain access to a larger network, broader competencies, and the ability to tackle even more complex tasks.
Are we changing suppliers or contract terms?
No, all existing contracts will continue unchanged.
Will you operate as a single company going forward?
Globeteam and 7N will merge into one group but will continue as two divisions, each with its own distinct characteristics and strengths. Adjustments may occur over time, but nothing will change overnight.
What will happen to your brand and positioning?
Both brands – Globeteam and 7N – will continue. Over time, a common strategic direction will be developed. Until then, both companies will continue unchanged.
How can we get more information?
Your contact person is ready to answer any questions. Alternatively, you are welcome to reach out to Andreas Strandbygaard from Globeteam and Sebastian Podlesny from 7N.
