A leading European provider of HR and payroll services was struggling with maintenance and agility in developing a solution they had acquired.

Comprehensive support
A group of nearshore 7N specialists joined the four teams that were working on the solution, replacing the previous vendor's consultants.
After knowledge transfer was completed, a brainstorming session was held, and viable solutions were discussed.
While other consultants helped the customer ensure stability and performance of the existing solution, a small dedicated team began working on a Proof of Concept.
A sample functionality was developed based on a new architecture that adheres to modern standards, and new pipelines and environments were created to ensure high quality and smooth deployments.

The successful implementation of the POC enabled the client to initiate high-level discussions to secure project funding and present arguments for a global cloud strategy.
New team members have brought the necessary technical expertise, as well as communication skills and the confidence required to challenge the status quo.
