Following the acquisition of another large company, a leading European logistics and transport provider sought to integrate the new business into its existing IT landscape. ​

The aim was to ensure systems alignment and realize operational synergies while supporting the acquired company’s business model. ​

A structured integration program was essential to ensure successful implementation without disrupting ongoing operations across IT systems, business processes, and user adoption
