A new IT consulting powerhouse came to life

In 2025, 7N, Globeteam, and Contractor Consulting came together to form an end-to-end IT and security consulting partner.

With the merger, we have established a new pan-European consulting platform, distinguished by a flexible, expert-led business model that uniquely positions us to address clients’ evolving needs across AI, security, infrastructure, and beyond.

The combination of specialized expertise, advisory capabilities, and scalable delivery enables us to support organizations end–to–end - from strategy to execution. 

The group delivered strong proforma revenue growth of 6% in 2025, supported by resilient underlying performance. Today, we operate with more than 2,500 consultants across 24 countries, delivering high-impact IT and security solutions through trusted partnerships.

We expanded our capabilities across the full value chain – from advisory and architecture to implementation and scalable delivery – enabling us to take greater ownership of client outcomes.

Enhancing our European platform
With a large and growing presence in Northern Europe, Poland, and Germany, we are positioned to support clients across markets with flexible, cross–border delivery models.

Advancing AI–enabled delivery
Client demand for AI accelerated significantly in 2025. We are evolving our consultant profile and delivery models to combine deep expertise with AI–enabled tools and solutions.

Expanding security capabilities
We established a dedicated security business unit, offering integrated capabilities across cyber, physical, and operational security to address increasingly complex risk environments.
