7N Group, a Nordic-rooted pan-European IT and Security consultancy, today publishes its Annual Report for 2025. The year was defined by the formation of the Group through the merger with Globeteam and acquisition of Contractor Consulting, delivering proforma revenue of DKK 2,314 million and a proforma adjusted EBITDA margin of 6.4%.
In 2025, 7N, Globeteam, and Contractor Consulting came together to form a new Nordic-rooted, pan-European IT and Security consultancy group. The merger with Globeteam was finalized in September 2025 and the acquisition of Contractor Consulting in November 2025. Given the timing of these transactions, proforma figures are the most meaningful basis for assessing Group performance.
Reflecting full-year contributions from all three entities, proforma group revenue amounted to DKK 2,314 million, representing 6% growth compared to a proforma 2024 revenue of DKK 2,187 million, demonstrating resilience across a business environment shaped by subdued market demand, macroeconomic uncertainty and geopolitical tension. Reported revenue was DKK 1,848 million, reflecting the partial-year consolidation of Globeteam and Contractor Consulting.
Proforma adjusted EBITDA improved to DKK 147 million, corresponding to a proforma adjusted EBITDA margin of 6.4%, up from DKK 127 million and 5.8% in 2024. The improvement is primarily driven by synergies and efficiency gains.
“While our performance in 2025 was in line with expectations, our strategic progress clearly exceeded ambitions. With the Globeteam merger and acquisition of Contractor Consulting, we set out to build something different, and we delivered. By combining deep advisory and security capabilities with flexible, top-tier IT professionals, we have created a true end-to-end IT powerhouse. Together, we support clients across the full spectrum of needs through one integrated platform. We come out of 2025 equipped for future success with a solid foundation and full confidence in our ability to accelerate sustained profitable growth,” says Sebastian Podleśny, CEO of 7N Group.
The Group now comprises more than 2,500 highly experienced consultants operating across 24 countries. The Solutions segment achieved solid growth across business areas, underpinned by strong activity in security, healthcare, climate and environment. The IT Professionals segment delivered steady growth with particularly strong performance in Poland, driven by nearshoring demand.
“In parallel with our strong performance, AI is reshaping both what our clients need and how we deliver it. Clients have moved from AI pilots to dedicated investments in AI-enabled value creation and our consultants are at the forefront of that shift. We are systematically upskilling our consultants to apply and orchestrate AI in complex delivery environments through practical, world-leading AI training. Internally, our next-generation AI matching tool uses advanced generative and agentic AI to connect the right consultant to the right client. This dual application of AI makes us a credible partner for clients navigating their AI transformation," Sebastian added.
Outlook for 2026
With the Group now comprising three operating entities, the outlook for 2026 reflects the first full financial year of consolidated group activity.
We expect reported revenue growth of 35 – 45% to DKK 2.5-2.8 billion, driven by full-year consolidation of Globeteam and Contractor, and adjusted EBITDA margin in the range of 6.5 – 8.5%, reflecting both operational synergies and continued organic growth as well as the first full year of consolidated group activity across 7N, Globeteam, and Contractor Consulting. Underlying, we expect accelerated organic growth. Outlook is based on stable macroeconomic conditions, continued IT spending, and the absence of major client losses or disruptions.
Selected financial highlights and key ratios
Proforma revenue and EBITDA adjusted are presented to illustrate the Group’s financial performance as if recent acquisitions had been completed at the beginning of each period. The proforma figures reflect full-year contributions from acquired entities and exclude timing effects impacting reported results.
