About the workshop
Drive your business development with Cloud as a lever
Cloud accelerates business growth, providing insights, agility, and innovation amidst evolving market demands. During the workshop, we will first articulate and agree on one of your critical business initiatives that require Cloud and are within the capabilities of your extended IT organization. Next, we will create a high-level plan-for-a-plan for what steps to take for IT/Cloud enablement of the initiatives with agreed owners and actions. Finally, we will establish an ongoing setup to involve the business in IT/Cloud direction for your organization.

Meet your instructor
Your instructor is an Executive Advisor at 7N with a long career at IBM, where he served as a Global Director leading digitalization and Cloud projects for IBM and its customers. He specializes in anchoring the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) with business involvement, executive coaching, and change leadership to drive change.
