We are committed to adapting our organization to meet the strategic needs of our clients, and that includes evolving leadership roles to match both professional and personal preferences.
Therefore, we are pleased to welcome Jesper Kolding and Mads Christian Andersen in their new roles and look forward to drawing on their expertise as we enter this next chapter for 7N.

After more than 15 years at the helm of 7N in Denmark and most recently of 7N Nordics, Jesper takes on a new role as Vice President of Strategic Clients. This transition marks a shift from pronounced leadership to a dedicated focus on our clients, with the aim of gaining deeper insights into their strategic priorities and how 7N best can support them.
“It has been a great privilege to lead 7N Nordics towards our high-quality brand and commercial success – resulting in Polaris' acquisition of 7N in December 2024. I’m now excited to focus fully on our strategic clients and help deliver stellar projects with our unmatched 7N and Globeteam quality consultants,” Jesper says.
Jesper’s new role reflects our commitment to building even closer partnerships with our key clients and ensuring that 7N remains a trusted, strategic advisor in an increasingly complex landscape.
“I now step into a new role as Vice President of Strategic Clients, with even greater focus on supporting our clients’ most ambitious digital projects. Together with Mads, our talented colleagues, and our new partners at Polaris and Globeteam, we’re well-positioned for the future,” Jesper says.

As Jesper steps into his new role, we are pleased to announce that Mads Christian Andersen is appointed as the Senior Vice President Nordics, making him commercially responsible for the Nordic markets.
“I stand on the shoulders of extremely dedicated and very talented people. Together with our Nordic team, I’m looking forward to developing our business in the Nordic markets even further. With the Polaris partnership and their recent acquisition of Globeteam, we have a strong position in the Nordics, where we’ll continue to deliver high-value services with the focus, quality, and transparency that define 7N. At the same time, it’s my responsibility to lead, maintain, and develop the strong 7N culture that makes this a great place to work,” Mads says.
For over eight years, Mads has been a key figure in 7N, most recently leading our Life Science business and the Copenhagen Office. His deep understanding of 7N’s values, client needs, and market dynamics makes him well-equipped to lead our efforts across the Nordic region.
